　　上海海岳液压机电工程合作公司（Shanghai Hydronew）是在上海市科技体制改革和科技成果产业化进程中诞生的新型科技经营型股份合作制企业。它以704研究所为企业法人股东。

　Shanghai Hydronew Electro-Hydraulic Engineering Co.,Ltd. is a newly established science and technology based shared company.It is a result of scientific system reform in Shanghai and is created during the process of industrialization of scientific achievements.The 704 Research institute acts as our legal person shareholder.
　Shanghai Hydronew is well known for its strong technical ability,rich engineering experience and outstanding business achievements.It's one of the bases for research,development,manufacturing and application of hydraulic control integration technology with two-way cartridge valves(CVC) and the combination and assembly skill of large and middle-size hydraulic engineering center of Shanghai Pudong New Area Industrial Technology Research Institute.
